Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru

Great location in the heart of the city. My New Year's Eve party was lit! They had an awesome selection of drinks and the food was surprisingly good. The view from the rooftop was stunning and we had such a blast watching the fireworks display. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was not properly cleaned and we had to request a second cleaning from housekeeping. The gym was also quite small and limited in equipments.

We appreciated food and staff here. Perfect place for holiday in Pekanbaru. Even the Sultan Syarif Kasim Ii airport was not so far.

Nothing it was perfect.

The free Wi-Fi here worked flawlessly, making it easy for us to stay connected. 📶 We could conveniently park our car right on site, which was super convenient. Overall, we had an amazing experience here and really enjoyed our time.

The room was fairly okay for its price. It is located at right at city center. Friendly front desk staffs.

Despite of new hotel, I found the bedsheet and quilt cover were badly stained. I had to call the housekeeping to get it changed and there were still stains after changed. Housekeeping staffs very unresponsive, i called it to request for travel adapter and spoon, they didnt bother to deliver to my room. - Breakfast spread was just allright. Nothing to rave about. - Empty mini bar

The shower is not working properly, so the temp water sonetimes too cold, sometimes too hot

The room was decently priced, located conveniently in the city center. Friendly front desk staff and overall good service. Cleanliness, facilities, and food met expectations. Safe and secure environment.

A convenient location for exploring the city, with the airport just a 7-minute drive away and Nurul Jannah within walking distance.

I had a great stay! The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the airport made it easy for transportation. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for business travelers. the spacious rooms are well-maintained, with clean towels and standard sanitation. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist with breakfast and provide excellent service. the minimalist swimming pool on the seventh floor offers a pleasant view of the city, and the bartender serves refreshing drinks and snacks, including coffee upon request.

One downside is the occasional noise disturbance from the basement karaoke, but it can be easily mitigated with a pillow over the ears.

The hotel room is cozy and comfortable. the bed is soft and clean. the staff are friendly and informative. the location is perfect, close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants. the breakfast is fresh and tasty. There's also a nice swimming pool with a great view of the city.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, as we could hear the noise from outside which made it difficult to sleep. And the gym is open quite late, which was not convenient for those who like to work out in the morning.
